Through listening to their feedback, you can gauge your clients and their needs. Are they looking for lower pricing? Better routes? Or are they interested in different routes than the ones that you are offering?

According to a recent study by Telephia, more than 27 percent of VoIP subscribers indicated that they would change providers based on the quality of the connection. This indicates that customers value a quality connection over price, which can be the leverage you need to draw in more customers. If your main selling point is price, but your route is very poor quality, chances are your customers will not be interested in using your services after encountering the poor quality routes the first time they use your termination services. However, if you can offer an excellent route with a reasonable rate, your customers will be able to connect effortlessly, and will be more likely to return to use your termination services in the future.

Their governments have put together reconstruction plans to rebuild the basic infrastructure from roads and power supply to communications. Frost and Sullivan reports that, due to these countries GDP growth rates, many foreign countries have been attracted to them, creating a demand for communications services among others.
