  Requirements:
  • Must have 2-3 years of previous administrative experience
  • Dealing with general inquiries, call screening, must be good with numbers

This position will ensure system performance and provide service, information and resources regarding the operation, administration and maintenance of our solutions. Troubleshooting skills, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and resolve customer issues are required.


Required skills include:

Database administration experience (with Microsoft SQL Server)

Extensive computer and networking familiarity (MCSE IT Certification, A+), MS- Office, C#, .Net.

VoIP Quintum and Cisco would be an asset.

   
  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing installation support both on-site and remote to both external and internal customers
  • Providing technical documentation as required
  • Providing product training and orientation as required to both external and internal customers
