IPsmarx Callback Platform Solution incorporates a callback manager, softswitch, billing server, and full technical integration of VoIP, PSTN and GSM.

Solution At a Glance


With the IPsmarx Callback Platform Solution, providers can choose between four types of callback service: ANI, PIN-based, Web, or SMS – or they can provide all four.


This Callback Platform Solution allows providers to sign up residential or business customers for callback service with the support of a reliable, scalable billing platform.
