Enhanced Features

 

  • Free Time : By taking advantage of this tool, providers can offer promotions, such as 30 seconds free.
     

  • Selectable Leg Tool: This enhanced feature allows providers to charge for both legs of the call or they can choose to only charge for one leg. For example, with Callback, a user may dial the Callback System located in the UK, and their destination is Ghana. If the user is located in France and the provider is charging for both legs of the call, the user will pay for the call from the UK to France and the call from the UK to Ghana.

  •  Block List: Providers take advantage of this tool for enhanced security. If a user is trying an invalid PIN a specified number of times, this user’s phone number will be blocked and no longer able to use the service.

  •  Multi-session Feature: Users enjoy this feature as it allows them to dial multiple destinations in one Callback session. Once a user has completed their first call, they can dial ## and initiate another call.
