IPsmarx Callback Solution is specially designed to provide service providers with all-in-one management tools for all Callback services.  The IPsmarx Softswitch based Callback Solution integrates ANI/PIN/SMS/WEB Callback Services with Call Route Management and a Reporting Platform to provide enhanced VoIP-based Callback services.

ANI Callback

  • Customer dials access phone number from any landline or GSM phone.
 
  • A busy tone is heard and the call is disconnected, resulting in no charge for the call.
 
  • A customer purchases one of you calling cards - you establish your own rates.

  • IPsmarx Callback Solution recognizes the customer’s phone number and scans the database for the number through ANI Recognition.
 
  • Once the phone number is found in the database, the system calls the customer back.
 
  • The Interactive Voice Response asks the customer to dial their destination number.
 
  • The system announces the amount of minutes available for that destination.
  • The call is then connected and the customer is billed accordingly in real-time.

PIN Based Callback

  • Customer dials access phone number from any landline or GSM phone.

  • A busy tone is heard and the call is disconnected, resulting in no charge for the call.

  • IPsmarx Callback Solution recognizes the customer’s phone number and scans the database for the number.

  • The Interactive Voice Response asks the customer to enter their PIN.

  • Once the PIN is authenticated, the Interactive Voice Response announces the remaining balance to the customer.

  • The Interactive Voice Response asks the customer to enter their destination number.

  • Once the destination is entered the Interactive Voice Response announces the time remaining.

  • The call is then connected and the customer is billed accordingly in real-time.

WEB Callback

  • Customer inputs username and password to login.

  • IPsmarx Callback Solution authenticates username and password.

  • Customer enters their phone number and the destination number.

  • Customer can schedule the call immediately or for anytime in the future.

  • IPsmarx Callback Solution dials both phone numbers and connects the call.

  • The customer is billed accordingly in real-time.

SMS Callback

  • Customer sends an SMS (text message) to the system including their PIN Number and the destination number where they would like to call.

  • IPsmarx Callback Solution authenticates the user and dials both phone numbers and connects them together.
