Customized End-User GUI Module

Have a completely re-designed GUI for your customers – great if you want to integrate it with your existing website.  The customized GUI allows your customers to check and export their CDR (Call Data Record); group their CDR’s by country, city and call date; and receive an online summary of their account.

Online Registration Module

Your customers can log on from anywhere in the world and sign themselves, friends and family members up for your services.

Recharge Through PIN Module

Your customers can recharge their accounts by entering a PIN (Personal Identification Number) that they received either online or from a purchased calling card.  The PIN is equated with a specific amount of money, as determined by you – when your customer enters the PIN, that amount of money is credited to their account.

Batch User Generation Module

This feature saves you time by allowing you to create a large amount of customers at once and associate them with a group. For example: In June, you want to create 1,000 customers. This module will generate 1,000 random usernames and passwords, and assign an initial amount of money to each one. As customers sign up for your service, they are automatically given one of these usernames and passwords. You can assign these 1,000 customers to a group – named “June”, for example – for your own reference.

DID 2 IP Module

DID (Direct Inward Dialing) are actual phone numbers from your Telco that can be located anywhere in the world and assigned to an IP phone or a Softphone.  With this module, your clients have access to their phone number even when they’re away from their regular location – if your customer has a New York phone number, they can use that same phone number even if they are in New Delhi, with no long distance charges!  One customer can have multiple DID’s assigned to their account – great for people doing frequent business traveling.

Free IP 2 IP Module

This module lets your customers talk to each other for free.  Great for families!

Hosted Callshop Module

A Callshop is a small shop containing one or more telephones.  Customers visit a callshop to make long distance or international calls. You can have VoIP Gateways with as little as 2 or as many as 24 ports, allowing you have up to 24 customers at a time!  This module also allows you to issue invoices to your customers, and check CDR and Profit/Loss reports online.

Speed Dial Module

Your customers can transform large, hard-to-remember phone numbers into smaller, easier reference numbers.  Rather than having to dial a country code, area code and phone number every time they call someone, they can simply hit a few keys and the system will dial for them.  This module also works as an online phone book.

PC2Phone

Your customers download the Softphone software to their computer and can make calls to anywhere in the world – all they need is a sound card, speakers and a microphone on their PC.  They can also log in anytime to check their account balance and CDR.  This module is now available with SmarxVideo, Video over IP solution.

E-Store Module

Reseller Module

With the IPsmarx Unified Reseller Management modules, Administrators can sign up resellers to promote any of their VoIP services. Administrators can define their own reseller program and set permissions, such as sharing or limiting access to the different services they can offer, re-assigning customers to different resellers and allowing resellers to add funds to customers' accounts. There are four types of reseller modules available within the IPsmarx platform, allowing Administrators the flexibility to define their own unique reseller program.

Usage Based Reseller Module

A Usage Based Reseller will get compensated through a commission structure set up by the Administrator. This commission can be based on a percentage or a flat rate or both and the commission can be based on long distance calls as they are placed or at the end of the monthly bill. The Usage Based reseller will be able to login to their own interface to manage their customer accounts, but they can only use the service selling rates assigned to them by the Administrator when registering a new account. Reports like CDR, Commission and Balance report can be also available to them if the Administrator has allowed it. If the Administrator allows it, resellers will be able to see and manage each other’s customer accounts. Resellers can also sign up their own subagents.

White Label Reseller Module

Using this module, Rate Based Resellers (white label resellers) have the flexibility to define selling rates for their customers and agents, and their agents are able to define their own selling rates for their customers. This module allows the reseller to set up their own selling rates based on predefined buying rates. The Rate Based Reseller will be able to login to their own interface to manage their customer accounts and create their own service selling rates. Reports, such as CDR, ASR, ACD and Customer Report are also available to them as well as invoicing (as long as the Administrator has this feature enabled). This type of reseller traditionally has their own brand, company name, and logo that is displayed on their own website.  


Pinless Reseller Module

The Pinless Reseller module is available to compliment the Payment Based Reseller module. Resellers can utilize this module to sign up customer accounts or recharge customer’s account balance by just retrieving a customer’s phone number and the number they registered will be automatically assigned to the pinless feature. The pinless reseller module offers the advantage of faster registration for when resellers are located in a fast paced customer service environment, such as a convenience or grocery store. The Administrator will have access to the Pinless recharge report for details about total amount recharged per pinless reseller, profit and other information. 

Reseller E-store

This feature enables your resellers to have their own branded website. They can display their own logo and their customers can use this complete E-commerce solution to sign up and pay for their services.
