Class 5 Server

IPsmarx Class 5 VoIP Softswitch Solution is an intelligent, scalable user friendly application that allows service providers to unify voice and data traffic in one network.  It provides flexible, programmable routing intelligence and includes a management application for switching  and phone operations. Including enhanced supplementary consumer and enterprise services such as voicemail,  call monitoring, call holding, and call transferring;  IPsmarx Communication Session Server engine allows  clients to log on to the system to manage calls, access  IP Gateways and provide complete AAA Billing Solutions for both SIP and H323 customers.

Video over IP

Allows video signals to be captured, digitized, streamlined and managed over IP networks.  IPsmarx Softswitch clients can offer an IP-based video service with high-quality video streaming and secure conference embedded encryption.

PC2Phone

A customizable softphone which can be re-branded with a clients business logo, added with their company information, and then clients can resell back to their customers.  Customers can download software and log into their account using their username and password.  Once logged in, they can make calls to anywhere in the world.  PC2Phone users also have the capability to go online and check their account balance and CDR.

Wholesale

The IPsmarx Softswitch Class 5 receives VoIP traffic with an IP address and then sends the traffic to another IP address.  Real-time billing plays a key role by keeping track of the chargeable amount to each client and the cost to the end point carrier. For more information please click here

PIN/ANI/Web-Based Callback

Allows clients to provide ANI and Web Callback services. For more information please click here 

DID2IP

DID2IP takes a real phone number (Landline or Cell phone) from a DID provider and forwards the calls to a client that has an IP Phone.  More than one DID number can be assigned to a client.  This service can be provided as a free or chargeable service.  This feature also works with other add-on features such as voice mail and call forwarding.

Spanish Platform

IPsmarx Platform supports Spanish language for User Interface, End user Portal, IVR, Voicemail and E-store.

Direct DID

DID (Direct Inward Dialing) is an emerging technology that has created new business opportunities for service providers.  With the IPsmarx Direct DID Solution calls forward the DID directly to the IPsmarx Softswitch.  The Softswitch initiates a PSTN based call and directs the call to PSTN or GSM based destinations, without routing through an IP phone.  The calls are placed using a landline phone eliminating the need for an IP phone or internet access.  Additionally, service providers can provide international calls at local rates.

Reseller Module

Allows the Softswitch owner to create resellers.  Each reseller can create SIP clients, Gateway clients or PC2Phone clients and set up rates for each of those clients. A reseller also can create agents and each agent can create his/her own end-user and selling package.

Callshop Module

Allows the Softswitch owner to have Callshops with one or more telephones/VoIP Gateways with as little as 2 or as many as 24 ports allowing 2 to 24 simultaneous calls.  This scalable solution is easy to set up and operate with only a minimal investment.  This module also allows the Callshop owner to issue invoices to customers, check CDR and Profit/Loss reports online.  The Callshop is a multi-level module so Callshop owners can have resellers of Callshops, resellers can have agents, and agents can have end-users.

Automatic User Generation

For customers who have purchased modules such as PC2Phone, SIP and Gateway clients, this module will allow them to generate several customers very easily.  The system will generate random username and passwords for each client.  Each batch can also be associated with a specific group.  This feature is very helpful tool helping clients who have a large customer base save time.

Redundancy

Redundancy is a key component in a fully-featured Softswitch.  The Softswitch must continue functioning at full capacity in the event the primary Softswitch is rendered unavailable.  In the event of a natural disaster, the importance of individual, business and government communications become more critical as the chance of failure to the communications infrastructure increases.

IPsmarx has created a solution to this problem by deploying an intelligent fully-redundant Class 5 Softswitch offering continuous replication for unmatched resiliency and reliability without user intervention.
